Condition Surveys - This Service is performed for property managers to develop accurate and usable budgets for planning and allocating resources for maintaining assets. Usually, a team of experts are assembled should the property need a complete survey.

Forensic Evaluations - During the course of construction problems can occur for reasons that are not apparent or require invasive procedures to determine a cause and solution. Forensic Evaluations are commonly used for Litigation Support services.

Expert Witness Testimony - Having an expert witness on your side during litigation is critical. Members of our staff have been recognized by the courts in several states to testify as experts in their fields.

Construction Management - Usually, our clients do not have the time to manage the many facets of the ongoing project. They would rather the details be handled by professionals that understand the job process and work being performed. This process is critical to assuming as little risk as possible while recieving the best product available.

Moisture Survey and Analysis - Using products designed to find moisture in roofing assemblies, a team of professionals can access the viability of repair or replacement. Insurance companies and property managers readily use our services to determine moisture intrusion rates.

Design Review - Usually part of the job process, design review is critical during new construction where several trades are performing different work that contributes to the same system. Each trade reviews the work of the other and decisions are made to determine the final scope of work.

Work Summaries - For small projects a work summary can be developed that expalins the desired installation method and result. Work summaries are currently included within Design Specifications for clarity purposes.

FRT Plywood Investigations - An extremely problematic product failure throughout the 80's and 90's this problem is well documented. The symptoms can vary but very brittle plywood roof decking is certainly the major problem.

Sampling/Laboratory Analysis - We currently have the capacity to perform sampling and analysis for built-up roofing test cuts.

Construction Monitioring - Having inspections of work during the different phases of construction is critical to the final product. WCC has trained field technicians that have years of experience observing the installation of a variety of materials.
